Incentive for Leaders

Recently I heard the news that Indian govt and government across the globe are trying to put restriction over the internet as they fear of revolution in their countries I pity the govt. that how foolish they are, internet is mere 20 or some may say 40 years old but revolution is 1000s of year old, we forget our own revolution just 150 years old and it kept alive till 1947, we forget that what naxalites are doing in some of the major state is also a revolution a revolution that has blossomed without a so called Modern Media in term Of TV, Radio, Mobile or internet & our govt. has failed miserably to even counter that.

Hence looking at the present scenario I feel that revolution is round the corner b'coz what today I am observing is a total void of leadership in Indian politics, the entire system has become void, all the system is working without any vision, there is no vision related to Growth of the country, the only vision is personal Growth, which unfortunately is an outcome of poor structure of incentive of our Leaders, the incentive they had is how much corrupt money they can make, hence the growth of the country doesn’t matter what matters is growth of some business houses the whole vision of our leaders has become this, what matters is the growth of the bank balance of their party which our parties gain from “Chanda” from Buisness Houses.

Hence I personally believe that now its time to move on to system of payment of our leaders on the basis of % age GDP growth, which will also have incentive for environmental protection, even the private companies have incentive based programme and that’s why they are pretty well structured than the govt of various states, we can easily identify an govt. organisation and a private organisation by merely looking at the housekeeping, so why not to move to incentive based program for our Leaders,  let face it person at the top is always the King & our leaders though may be politician in term of Dictionary  but they are the Kings of various Kingdom & Kings want money like each one of us, at the helm of the power he/she will not be satisfied by peanuts moreover if the GDP takes a drop his incentive takes a drop, if environment takes a drop his incentives takes a drop, similar some %age should be given to the opposition too, to maintain their lifestyle as well as power to oppose the government, we can’t expect a COW at the top each time hence structure should be revived.
